ASOS

One of the biggest moves in clothing shopping is the move from buying from bricks and mortar stores to online. Some of the biggest retailers now are internet retailers who are shifting huge volumes of stock by providing low prices, easy return methods and free delivery.

This increased competition is not just coming from companies within the same country, it is coming from all over the world. This has made it increasingly difficult for local stores to compete. Many of the big competitors from overseas such as ASOS, Shopbop, BooHoo and others have a wealth of experience which amounts to years over the local competition when it comes to online sales of clothing. Most have mastered the art of logistics and pricing and can give the consumer a better experience and price. Local companies are also going up against companies like ASOS who often provide an ASOS coupon to make their prices even more attractive.

Choosing the right running shoe for your feet

When running it is important that you have the correct footwear. Many injuries, including long term serious injuries, are caused by runners not wearing the correct footwear for their type of foot. Long term exposure to the wrong footwear can cause permanent damage to not just your foot muscles but may cause lower back problems due to an incorrect posture when running.

Feet can be broken up into three different types. The first type is a neutral pronation which means that your foot have a normal sized arc. An underpronation means that you have a high arc in your foot meaning that your feet takes most of the shock when running. An overpronation is another way of saying you have flat feet, which means you have no, or a very low, arc in your foot.

The type of shoe you need to buy is the one which negates your type of foot. If you have flat feet, buy one with minimal arc support. If you have a high arc then buy one with high support.
